The Portaspresso is a finely machined, precision tool for making espresso by hand. Anywhere you can make boiling water you can make the highest quality espresso.
The unit is machined out of solid brass. A threaded turn screw provides the 14 bar of pressure you need to make true espresso. Fresh ground coffee is loaded into the bottom chamber. The turn screw is turned all the way out and inverted and loaded with boiling water. The bottom chamber is screwed on and the entire unit inverted over your espresso cup. A number of turns later you have perfect crema covered espresso in your cup. A matching grinder is also available.
